Sketch commission of Leone from Akame ga kill for :iconlord-oz: stuffed with food or perhaps people! Whatever is in there her stomach has swollen to an inhuman size. Practically immobilizing her, the contents inside slosh and churn around as her stomach works hard to process it all.
